Message	fully submerged in fuel - the path that the fuel flows is still most direct @ the pipe and not @ the top of the injector socket. If you look @ some of the flow dynamics that Nixit has posted about the 300Degree fuel rails you'll see that they paid attention to positioning the fuel injectors screens to be in line w. the bore of the flow tube to prevent turbulance or starvation.
